A £50 deposit will be required to secure a booking once confirmed and the balance to be paid on the day by card, cash or PayPal app.

To cancel a confirmed tour, a £5 administration fee is payable, providing over 48 hours notice (GMT) is given before the start of the tour.

Tours cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full deposit.

If you fail to meet the driver at the designated pick up location and time within 30 minutes, this will be considered a ‘no show’ situation and you will be charged the full deposit.

The tour does not include the cost of admission to any of the sights that we visit.

It is possible that tours may overrun due to circumstances beyond our control i.e. traffic conditions, crowd issues and road works/incidents. We endeavour to cover as much of the agreed tour as possible in the time allocated.

Children should be accompanied by an adult and clients are responsible for their own safety and that of their children whilst outside the taxi.

One pick up from a central London location (i.e. hotels and railway stations) is included in the price of the tour – any additional pick ups will incur additional cost.

One drop off to a central London location (i.e. hotels and railway stations) is included in the price of the tour – any additional drop off will incur additional cost.

Post/zip Codes for Central London pick up and drop offs are: W1, W2, W8, WC1, WC2, SW1, SW3, SW7, SE1, N1, NW1, E1, E2, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4

Pick ups and drop offs outside of these post/zip codes will incur additional costs.
